Tuscany in Fall 2010

Our Cooking School at Il Villa Daniela Grossi, Tuscany is planned for Fall 2010.

9 days in Tuscany with cooking classes in a wonderful, newly renovated villa in Tuscany called Villa Daniela Grossi.

Our hosts, Daniela & Narciso have returned the villa to its original 19th century décor before it became a Cappuccino Convento. They have taken the old monastic dormitory and divided it into 5 wonderful loft apartments which are being decorated by Antoniella, an artist from Florence.

Located about 10 kilometers from Lucca and 60 kilometers from Florence. We'll be taking side trips to Florence, Montereggioni & San Gimigniano, Lucca & Pisa. Visits to local vineyards for tastings and an olive oil tasting in Lucca will be highlights.
