My New Restaurant At The Elks In New Brunswick

First of all I want to thank my loyal customers for their support with my new restaurant at the Elks in New Brunswick. We are located in the Elks Lodge at 40 Livingston Ave., near the State Theater.

Our hours of operations are:

• Lunch: Tuesday to Friday from 11:30am to 3pm.
• Sundays from 12-4pm.
• Will be opening for Friday & Saturday nights in the fall.

Cooking Classes & Tours Of Tuscany

I'm also excited to announce that this summer I'll be starting a series of 4 weekly cooking classes & tours of Tuscany in August and September.

Our classes will take place in a beautifully renovated Villa/ Convento located about 10 kilometers from Lucca and 60 kilometers from Florence. Our hosts, Daniela & Narciso have returned the villa to its original 19th century décor before it became a Cappuccino Convento. They have taken the old monastic dormitory and divided it into 5 wonderful loft apartments which are being decorated by Antoniella, an artist from Florence. Wait to you see the formal dining room!

Cooking Classes In New Jersey

I'll be forming cooking classes in the next few weeks. One series will be the Three New Italian Regions: Lucca, Salerno, Bari.

Also, I will be doing another series as of yet not determined. If you are interested in doing some classes please let me know.
